How to request deletion of information associated with Ama and an Amasynt-connected business.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Request deletion from the business
- Contact the business on the same WhatsApp number or channel where you spoke with Ama. Ask for the owner or a human operator.
- Write: “I request deletion of my personal data held in your Ama / Amasynt deployment.” Identify the phone number or account you used and approximate conversation dates.
- The operator may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full card details or identity documents in the initial request.
- Ask for acknowledgement, an expected completion date and confirmation of the outcome. Use the business’s published support channel if you do not receive a reply.
Amasynt assistance
The business operating Ama is your deletion contact. Use its established messaging or support channel. This website has no user accounts or customer-message database. See our contact instructions.
What the request covers
Ask the operator to review conversation history, messaging identifiers, stored preferences, lead and contact records, and related operational data. Legal, security, accounting or transaction obligations may require some records to be retained. Ask for an explanation of exceptions and backup handling.
Providers and backups
Deleting local records does not automatically delete copies held by Meta, AI or payment providers, other recipients or backups. Separate provider requests or backup expiry may be needed. The operator should explain the scope and confirm what was removed or retained.
Disconnecting an app
You may also revoke app permissions in the relevant platform’s connected-app or business-integration settings. This ends authorization; it is separate from deleting previously stored information.
This page does not automatically delete records or submit a request. An operator must verify and carry out the request.
