Who handles your information
Amasynt provides Ama, an AI business assistant. When you message a business using Ama, that business controls its deployment, customer records and connected accounts. Contact the business about its processing of your information. Amasynt product contacts are listed on our contact page.
Information involved
A configured deployment may process your phone number or messaging identifier, messages, conversation history, shared preferences, enquiries, qualification details, order or booking requests, approval decisions and delivery status. Audio or media may be processed if those features are enabled.
Why it is processed
Information supports answers to enquiries, retrieval of business facts, conversation context, requested orders or bookings, owner review, human handoff, delivery and payment reconciliation, and troubleshooting. An order request is not proof of payment or authorization for unrelated actions.
Connected providers
WhatsApp messages pass through Meta. Depending on the business configuration, inference uses a hosted provider such as Google Gemini or a local model through Brain and Ollama. Enabled voice features use ElevenLabs; payment flows may use Paystack. Enabled social and media services receive information needed for their actions. Providers apply their own policies. Local inference does not make messaging, voice or payments local.
Storage and retention
The deployment stores conversation and operational records, currently in a local database. Authorized business operators can access them. Backups and provider-side records may exist separately. Retention depends on the operator and applicable obligations; there is no universal automatic deletion period. Ask the business about its retention and backup practices.
Your choices
Ask the business to stop automated replies, provide human assistance, or help with access, correction or deletion. Follow our deletion instructions. Revoking an integration does not automatically erase historical records.
This website
The product preview is scripted and runs in your browser; it does not call an AI service or create customer records. This site has no analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or message-submission form. The hosting provider may process network and security logs. Google Fonts may receive your IP address and browser request information when its font styles load. External sites have their own privacy policies.
Security and changes
Operators must protect credentials, administrative access and backups. No service guarantees absolute security. Changes to this policy will appear here with a revised date. New integrations or hosting arrangements may require updates.
